You can cancel your NADRA Card and apply for POC if you live in a country where NADRA Cards are not allowed and you now have the nationality of that country. If you accidentally receive two documents (one CNIC and one NICOP), you can cancel one of them.You can get your cancellation certificate by going to the NADRA Card Center website.Following are the steps which you will be following at the NCC:

  • You must apply for cancellation
  • Your photograph will be taken
  • Your fingerprints and signature will be taken
  • Your required data will be entered
  • The form will be printed for you to review
  • You will be given a printed version of your application form.

There are three delivery options.

  • Fast: You can get your NADRA Card in 7 to 10 working days if you do it this way.
  • Urgent: You can get your NADRA Card in 3 to 4 weeks if you do it this way.
  • Slow: You can get your NADRA Card in 6 working weeks if you do it this way.
